The president of the school and co-owner, Edd Habegger, has nearly 40 years as a licensed real estate broker and 30 years as a licensed real estate appraiser, and 35 years as a real estate instructor. The CEO/COO and co-owner have 20 years in mortgage banking. The Senior Instructor, Gary Cripe, has nearly 40 years as a licensed broker and 30 years as a licensed real estate appraiser, and 30 years as a real estate instructor.

Whether you prefer the online videos or live Zoom classes, the platform is easy to use and very user-friendly. The videos can be viewed from about anywhere in the world, any time of the day, at your convenience. You can start and stop any class at anytime and pick up where you left off. The Zoom classes you sign up for can be accessed even if you miss a class, as they too are videoed when presented. That makes it possible to make up a class if you had to miss it for any reason.
